Ascension Christian faculty and the Household of Faith Church met Friday, Sept. 18, 2015 to honor out-going Parish President Tommy Martinez. The event was scheduled to give thanks for all of the work he has done to improve Ascension Parish during his time as the Parish leader. He was given a jacket from the school honoring his time as the Parish President with the dates of his service embroidered inside the jacket. The Parish Chief Executive Administrator, Kim Braud was present and was also honored for her dedication and support.
