God has a plan for your life. Do you know what it is?

ACH may be the place where you can discover all that God has planned for you.

Ascension Christian High (ACH) is a Christ-centered educational experience that provides every student with the opportunity to discover God’s plan for their life. ACH holds the distinction of being accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). Our commitment in the development of ACH is the achievement of the highest standards in education. Students who attend ACH will be prepared for college and career opportunities.

ACH is a testing center for the ACT each date the test is given. ACH provides college courses on campus during the regular school day. Many students complete more than their first semester of college at ACH through an educational partnership with Southeastern Louisiana State University. Also, ACH is partnered with the Cyber Innovation Center in Ruston, Louisiana. Through this partnership ACH provides a specialized curriculum in robotics and engineering. Students working in these courses gain knowledge in cyber sciences, cyber technology, and cyber security.

If college is not on your radar, ACH provides students with the opportunity to prepare for a career. ACH sends students out on Career Days to experience a day-in-the-life of someone in their field. Students take courses such as Career Education to learn about the workplace environment first hand from numerous community partners who address their questions in the classroom or in the field. Students learn about foundations in personal finance when the take the Dave Ramsey High School Course designed to provide students with sound financial principles that will guide them into adulthood.

Whatever your choice, college or career, an invitation is extended to you to tour the campus anytime. We welcome any questions you may have. Please call the school at 225-622-2800.

Our staff is anxious to meet you and share with you a vision for a new kind of education in Ascension Parish. Thanks for your interest in Ascension Christian High.
